Essential Duties
- Schedule interviews on behalf of Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including but not limited to job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future job opportunities.
- Proficiently utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to recruiting.
- Maintain a high level of integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process.
- Introduce new creative ideas to encourage growth for the team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field required.
- Relevant experience to be considered includes but is not limited to customer service, data entry, and/or healthcare administration.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-facing environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Proficient in utilizing ATS tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
