Talent Acquisition Coordinator - REMOTE (Central Time or further west)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to extract content. Given posting: includes description: POSITION PURPOSE... then ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (list of duties). Then pay grade info. Then MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (list). Then PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS (list). Then "Our Commitment ..." which is EEO boilerplate, should be removed. Also "Employment Type:Full timeShift:" maybe we can include as metadata in a short p? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include Employment Type and Shift in a short p. We need sections: About the role (maybe from POSITION PURPOSE). Responsibilities (essential functions). Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications). Qualifications (maybe same as requirements? Might be overlapping). Skills (maybe from qualifications list). Benefits (none given). Pay (we have pay grade range). Schedule (none given). So we include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Possibly also Working Conditions? Could be part of Requirements? But we have a section for Physical and Mental Requirements; maybe we can include under Requirements or a separate section? The allowed headings list does not include Working Conditions. So we could incorporate that info into Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? Better to put under Requirements as it's about requirements. But we already have Requirements for minimum qualifications. Could combine? But we should not invent sections; we can have multiple sections with same heading? Probably not. We could put Physical and Mental Requirements under Requirements as a subsection? But we must use
for section headings only. Could we add a for Physical and Mental Requirements? Not allowed per list. So we need to fit into allowed headings. Perhaps we treat Physical and Mental Requirements as part of Requirements (or Qualifications). Since they are requirements, we can put them under Requirements.
Thus sections:
- About the role: from POSITION PURPOSE paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list of essential functions (bulleted).
- Requirements: combine Minimum Qualifications and Physical and Mental Requirements? Might be too much but okay.
- Qualifications: maybe we can separate Minimum Qualifications as Qualifications? Actually Minimum Qualifications is qualifications. Requirements could be responsibilities? Hmm.
Better: Use sections as:
About the role (POSITION PURPOSE)
Responsibilities (Essential Functions list)
Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications list)
Skills (maybe from qualifications list like MS Office, Workday, communication, etc.) Could extract skills.
Pay (pay grade range)
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include boilerplate EEO etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from essential functions, minimum qualifications, physical and mental requirements, pay grade.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics.
Thus we need to decide how to split content without losing info.
Option: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay.
We can put Physical and Mental Requirements under Requirements (makes sense). Minimum Qualifications under Qualifications. Skills under Skills (extract from qualifications list: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, keyboarding, Workday, customer service, communication, organizational, detail-oriented, flexibility, integrity, etc.)
We must not lose any info. Let's list all substantive info:

We'll structure:
Employment Type: Full time
