Talent Acquisition Coordinator I
About the role
Under close supervision, this position performs a variety of routine tasks to facilitate the recruiting efforts of the recruiting team for primarily hourly and salaried non-exempt roles. The incumbent provides support for day-to-day recruitment efforts within a given business unit or functional area.
Responsibilities
- Self-manage assigned recruiting coordination activities across both high-volume transactional work and more complex tasks requiring partnership with subject matter experts, business leaders, and external vendors, ensuring end-to-end ownership and timely progress
- Apply policies and guidelines independently with sound judgment while maintaining consistency and compliance
- Schedule and coordinate travel for candidates
- Inform job applicants of position details and application status
- Initiate and facilitate pre-employment process (e.g., background screening and drug screening)
- Schedule orientation information for candidates and prepare new hires for their first day
- Other recruiting support as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of related experience
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience, education, and training
- Ability to act professionally
- Ability to be both flexible and adaptable
- Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team
- Experience coordinating events and managing logistics
- Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with report compilation
- Experience working in a customer service job
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient active listening skills
- Willingness to help others

Compensation factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
