About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works with Field and Corporate Hiring Managers, Corporate, Clinical, and Divisional Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure completion of new hire paperwork for internal Amergis Healthcare employees. Coordinators collaborate extensively with Human Resources Payroll and Talent Resources to ensure paperwork meets State and Federal standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs applicable pre-employment checks, including background checks, degree verifications, and reference checks.
- Maintains regular contact with Field and Corporate Managers, Recruiters, and Talent Resources Specialists to ensure timely submission of new hire paperwork.
- Assists corporate and/or branch employees with new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines.
- Checks and submits new hire paperwork for approval.
- Submits necessary information to Payroll to ensure new internal hires are paid correctly and on time.
- Performs other duties as assigned or necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and email.
- Energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information with supervisors, co-workers, and clients; proficiency in English may be required.
