Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid work arrangement)
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HQ) provides proactive administrative support to the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments. This position enables the Talent Acquisition function by providing candidate support, including scheduling panel interviews and debriefs, booking candidate travel, ensuring a positive candidate experience during onsite interviews, and coordinating pre-employment screenings. The TA Coordinator may also provide recruiting support, such as posting requisitions, reviewing and screening candidates, and recommending candidates to Hiring Managers for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all Talent Acquisition activities, including the interview process, candidate debriefs, candidate travel, and pre-employment screenings.
- Ensure all necessary information is shared with stakeholders for a seamless interview experience for Hiring Managers, panelists, and candidates.
- Gather candidate feedback and compile it for successful debrief meetings.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in candidate management across the candidate lifecycle, including candidate and Hiring Manager communication as needed and setting up drug screens.
- Assist with TA-related projects, such as assessing opportunities to automate processes, reviewing HRIS/ATS capabilities, creating and maintaining training documents, etc.
- Provide back-up recruiting support for HQ TA as needed, including posting requisitions, conducting intakes, reviewing and screening candidates, recommending candidates to Hiring Managers, and scheduling interviews.
- Track and manage ad hoc manual reporting for invoicing, recruitment expenses, and staffing agency contracts.
- Provide TA/HR team support as needed, including scheduling, setting up, and coordinating team events, meetings, and offsites.
- Other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience supporting a Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition Department preferred.
Skills
- Independent, self-motivated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly skilled in organization and prioritization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and/or related HRIS systems is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Pay
Hourly Base Range: $34.21 - $43.10
