Schedule
This position is hybrid and requires being in the office two days per week.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Recruiters to assist candidates throughout their pre-employment screening and onboarding process
- Draft offer letters and send for approval, compiling all necessary details
- Order Pre-Employment Screenings and verify compliance with company guidelines
- Troubleshoot background and drug screen issues to ensure timely turnaround
- Complete hire forms to initiate employee record in HRIS
- Assist candidates with Day One activities, such as completing I-9s and onboarding forms, as well as hosting orientations
- Use proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
- Provide suggestions to Talent Acquisition Leadership to improve candidate experience
- Act as a backup to the other Talent Acquisition Coordinators
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience required
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Experience in Human Resources and/or managing background and drug screen processes preferred
Due to the nature of our work, after a candidate receives a conditional offer of employment, they will be required to complete pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review. Screening results are evaluated based on several factors, including the nature and severity of an offense, how much time has passed, the relevance to the position, patterns of repeated offenses, and driving history for roles that require operating a vehicle.
