Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview logistics, including calendar management, room reservations, and candidate guidance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and positive experience.
- Track and manage candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS, HRIS, and recruiting databases.
- Administer job descriptions, post positions, and support job board updates.
- Conduct sourcing activities via LinkedIn and other platforms to support pipeline development.
- Affiliate with offer letters, pre-employment screening, and new hire pre-boarding.
- Generate recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and workforce planning projects.
- Collaborate closely with HR and internal teams to optimize recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in recruiting workflows and documentation.
Top Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, or related operational experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Onsite availability Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4/5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch.
- Experience with onboarding processes, background checks, and drug screening.
- Recruiting experience preferred, particularly within manufacturing or engineering industries, but not required.
- Ability to support a 7-year background check process and compliance requirements.
