Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates to help create a best-in-class onboarding experience and assist with additional components of the full-cycle talent acquisition process as assigned. Every day, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive journey for our new hires, from their initial contact through their first days on the job. This involves meticulous coordination, prompt communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional support to all stakeholders in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned post-offer process to ensure candidates are onboarded accurately, smoothly, and effectively.
• Support Recruiters with pre- and post-employment processes as necessary (e.g., scheduling interviews, support of recruitment events, screening candidates, etc.).
• Ensure the timely completeness and accuracy of the new hire file to include organizational policy; Form I-9 requirements; and all other documentation (e.g., pre-employment testing results, etc.) required for State, Federal, and accreditation regulatory compliance.
• Provide proactive communication and deliver high-level customer service through ongoing contact with new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Prepare and provide accurate data reporting as requested.
• Continually monitor for and provide input as appropriate where process improvement opportunities exist.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of relevant work experience, i.e., customer service, administrative skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• High School Graduate or equivalent years of experience.
• High School GED or equivalent years of experience.

$22.51 - $34.89 per hour.
