Talent Acquisition Coordinator
About the role
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, maintaining applicant records, and assisting hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience while supporting day-to-day recruiting operations. Compensation
The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
What you’ll do
- Clock interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews and manage recruiting calendars
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
- Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms
- Screen applications and assist recruiters with candidate pipelines
- Prepare interview materials and hiring documentation
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports
- Maintain confidential candidate and hiring records
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to improve recruitment processes
- Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, administration, customer service, or related roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A high attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- A professional, dependable, and people-focused mindset
Nice to have
- Internship or entry-level recruiting experience
- Experience with interview scheduling
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
- Administrative or customer service experience
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR operations
