About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative and operational support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient hiring process from job posting through onboarding. This role partners closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, support pre-employment activities, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting activities by posting jobs, maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records, supporting requisition management, and serving as a primary point of contact for candidates.
  • Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, conducting hourly candidate screenings, preparing executive interview summaries, and coordinating candidate travel and interview logistics.
  • Manage pre-employment and onboarding activities, including scheduling drug screens, physicals, reference checks, and ensuring a seamless transition to HR for new hire onboarding.
  • Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, community outreach initiatives, and employer branding efforts by coordinating logistics, event materials, and candidate communications.
  • Support Talent Acquisition operations by preparing recruiting reports, tracking hiring metrics, identifying process improvements, and helping enhance the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience required in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • OR High school diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce experience preferred).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce preferred).

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
