Table Games Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily operations of a designated section or area in the Table Games department.
• Provide a memorable and exciting experience for guests.
• Assist the team in maintaining the same experience.
• Provide feedback to the Casino Manager on game limits, game spread, staffing, and opportunities to increase revenue and guest experience.
• Engage with the team on all suggestions and ideas.
• Ensure the accountability of chips, cards, dice, and all other gaming equipment.
• Maintain a continuous inspection and logging of cards and dice, ensuring the security of assigned table games during the shift.
• Share responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the area of authority and report potential issues to leadership.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Table Games Operations is preferred, but not required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills; fluency and literacy in English.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Able to write reports and business correspondence.
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Able to compute odds.
• Flexible in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
