Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive guest experience in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Creates a fun and exciting atmosphere for our guests.
• Serves as the primary supervisor for Table Games and personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Supervises up to 7 games in a section, managing staff effectively and resolving conflicts and issues as they arise.
• Evaluates performance standards, coaches dealers, and reports to the Games Shift Manager.
• Performs other assignments as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• State of Nevada Gaming License.
• Working knowledge of Title 31 and compliance with regulations.
• At least 1 year of previous Table Games supervising experience.
• Able to accurately track guests' average bet, buy-ins, and win/loss.
• Able to promote the Club Paradise Card and gather necessary information.
• Able to pass on all pertinent information to the Games Shift Manager.
• Adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors.
