Responsibilities

• Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.
• Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back.
• Affords overall responsibility for the effective gaming service activities for an assigned area.
• Maintains constant awareness of activities of all games in the area.
