Floor Supervisor - Table Games

Responsibilities

• Directs up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Trains employees; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
• Maintains a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
• Exhibits excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps (dinner, concerts, entertainment).
• Displays thorough knowledge of internal controls, Title 31, and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
• Participates in continued training sessions.

Requirements

• Good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
• Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps (dinner, concerts, entertainment).
• Knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play, and irregularities.
• Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, Title 31, and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
• Ability to work in a smoking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Pay
