Responsibilities

  • Safeguard company assets located in work area.
  • Enforce rules and regulations of the casino for pit games.
  • Respond to guest disputes arising in pit games.
  • Direct assignment of pit personnel.
  • Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits.
  • Issue playing cards and dice, and review them for irregularities at the beginning of the shift.
  • Offer to create a club card for the guests.
  • Promote upcoming events.
  • Safeguard company assets located in your area.
  • Track Low Limit and High Limit players play.
  • Maintain proper table inventory through fills and credits.
  • Issue playing cards and dice and keep inventory of them.
  • Learn how to print Markers and do a Marker back.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory in pit or dealing.
  • Ability to perform intermediate math.
  • Varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.
  • Knowledge of Casino games and operations.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of computer software to include MS Word, Excel.
  • General Office Experience preferred.
  • Certificate/License: Nevada Gaming Work Card.

Additional Requirements

  • Work may be performed in an area, which may be unusually noisy and crowded.
  • May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
  • Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
  • May be subject to unusual physical demands such as bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high.
  • Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity are necessary.
  • Work area may be subject to an environment with moderate noise.
