Responsibilities
- Safeguard company assets located in work area.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the casino for pit games.
- Respond to guest disputes arising in pit games.
- Direct assignment of pit personnel.
- Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits.
- Issue playing cards and dice, and review them for irregularities at the beginning of the shift.
- Offer to create a club card for the guests.
- Promote upcoming events.
- Safeguard company assets located in your area.
- Track Low Limit and High Limit players play.
- Maintain proper table inventory through fills and credits.
- Issue playing cards and dice and keep inventory of them.
- Learn how to print Markers and do a Marker back.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory in pit or dealing.
- Ability to perform intermediate math.
- Varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Knowledge of Casino games and operations.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of computer software to include MS Word, Excel.
- General Office Experience preferred.
- Certificate/License: Nevada Gaming Work Card.
Additional Requirements
- Work may be performed in an area, which may be unusually noisy and crowded.
- May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
- Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
- May be subject to unusual physical demands such as bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high.
- Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity are necessary.
- Work area may be subject to an environment with moderate noise.
