Essential Functions
- Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Northern Indiana Casino their choice for gaming entertainment.
- Responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
- Directly supervises dealer responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Plans, assigns, and directs work.
- Appraises performance, rewards, and disciplines team members.
- Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
- Rates and tracks guests play.
- Affords assistance to guests in obtaining a marker.
- Makes sure buy-ins are correct.
- Insures adherence to all IGC gaming regulations and statues.
Non-Essential Job Functions
- Attends seminars when needed.
Education And /Or Experience Requirements
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Three years table games experience is required.
- Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must successfully pass drug screening.
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry is strongly preferred.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.
- Knowledge of Hard Rock operations.
- Policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of and ability to identify various cheating techniques.
Skills
- Ability to calculate figures and create and manipulate spreadsheets to produce reports.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
