Table Games Floor Supervisor - Table Games Operations

Responsibilities

• Table Games Dealer:
  • Greets patrons of the casino.
  • Handles buy-in and payoff transactions.
  • Deals table games while adhering to department policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicates with managers/staff.
  • Verifies fills, credits, and chip amounts issued.
• Floor Supervisor:
  • Directly supervises a maximum of six tables in the Table Games Department, and oversees games in progress, along with customers and employees in assigned sections.
  • Safeguards company assets, issues playing cards during shifts, and assists with any guest issues or questions.
  • Handles guest buy-ins and payouts, tracks and rates players, and enforces rules and regulations established by the property.
  • Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications

• One-year dealing experience preferred.
• Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Agrees to all bullet points above and acknowledges this is not a comprehensive list pursuant to the position of Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor.
• All promotions to the position of Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor will use the following criteria: Game Knowledge, Attendance, Discipline, and Seniority.
• Must be willing to work any shift regardless of days off.
