About the Role

As a Dealer, you will provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games, follow game procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Supervisor, you will oversee gaming activity, monitor transactions, and assist customers while enforcing gaming laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games.
• Follow game procedures when dealing Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other forms of table games.
• Promptly and courteously deal cards and pay appropriate game outcomes.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets.
• Achieve and maintain bankroll at functional levels.
• Assist customers with any problems or requests.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of dealer training or previous casino dealing experience.
• Fast and accurate handling of cash.
• Six months experience in customer service field preferred.
• Prior poker experience or successful completion of Poker School required.
• Ability to pass a basic math test and an audition demonstrating adequate Poker skills.
• Quick and accurate mathematical computations.
• Good manual dexterity for handling chips, cards, and money.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and rationally in stressful situations.
• Fluent and literate in English.
• Physically capable of moving around the pit area and entire property during shifts.
• Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
