Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience while coordinating interview scheduling across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars for candidates and interviewers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the process
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate and address scheduling or process challenges
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity
- Support onsite and virtual interview logistics, including arranging travel, preparing interview materials, and hosting candidates as needed
- Gather and share candidate feedback to help continuously improve the recruiting process
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, events, and initiatives that enhance our employer brand and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort navigating scheduling tools, ATS platforms, and virtual meeting technologies (Zoom & Teams)
Pay
Pay range is $34-39/hr.
