LaSalle Network is partnering with a Chicago-based global CPG company to hire a TA Coordinator in Chicago, IL. Employment Type: Contract. The client seeks an early‑in‑career professional with an interest in HR who is professional, energetic, and eager to grow their career in talent acquisition. The role is detail‑oriented, offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, people‑facing hybrid environment, and provides a foundation in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support the talent acquisition function by assisting with day‑to‑day recruiting coordination needs in a hybrid environment.
• Represent the client’s brand with professionalism and energy across candidate‑facing interactions.
• Enhance the candidate experience through thoughtful, detail‑oriented coordination and follow‑through.

Qualifications

• 6 months‑1 year of experience (TA internship experience is welcomed).
• Sharp, polished, and mature communication style.
• Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn in an early‑career HR/TA support role.

Pay

Compensation: $25 – $30 per hour
