Systems Technician_TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities
- Supports and manages the responsibilities of the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.
- Provides installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
- Screens, refers and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
- Installs, configures, and upgrades computer hardware and software.
- Provides end-user software troubleshooting and support.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
- Tracks project studies, plans, action items, etc.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- 1+ years of related experience directly related to IT operations support.
- Appropriate and current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification to be considered for employment; CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or CCNA-Security is preferred.
- Must be able to track project studies, plans, action items, etc.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Strong Microsoft/Outlook skills.
- Hands-on experience with workstations, monitors, KVMs, cabling, printers, and electronic ticketing systems.
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, walk, stand, push, pull, work around, under, and over desks.
- Fast-paced, high-movement environment with occasional redirection in focus based on mission needs.

Pay
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $28.60 - $38.70. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
