Systems Engineer Sr & Staff - Integration and Test

About the Role

Seeking experienced Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support avionics subsystem verification, validation, and certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports
• Conduct system, subsystem, and component testing
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Ensure requirements traceability
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate system performance
• Support lab testing and assist in customer demonstrations and certification efforts

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 3+ to 5 years of relevant experience, including test plan development, requirements analysis, and system integration expertise
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship

Hands-on technical problem-solving, strong knowledge of system integration, and experience in requirements development and verification are essential.
