Systems Engineer Sr & Staff - Integration and Test

About the role

Seeking experienced Systems Engineers – Integration and Test to support the verification, validation, and certification of avionics subsystems for military programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and execute integration testing at system and component levels.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Ensure requirements are met through analysis, inspection, and testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate system performance.
• Support lab testing, technical reviews, and customer demonstrations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Relevant experience in requirements review, test plan development, and system integration.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
