About the Role
This position will support integration and test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs. The engineer will be performing various tasks including but not limited to: technical planning, systems integration, system test documentation development, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. This includes functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into specification documentation.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Our most advanced radar systems are designed by our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team and we are looking for highly talent individuals with a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology. We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.

Responsibilities
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
- Perform analyses at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
- Support integration and test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs
- Develop system test documentation
- Perform data analysis
Basic Qualifications
- BS Degree in Engineering or STEM related field
- 5 years professional engineering/technical experience
- Hands-on Radar system experience
- Test document development and updates
- Data Analysis
- Ability to obtain a DOD Security clearance to at least Secret Level
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with C++ and Linux and/or digital hardware
- MATLAB knowledge

- Strong interpersonal skills with comfort working on geographically diverse teams

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $85,300.00 - $158,300.00. The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market (work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.
