The Systems & Business Analyst, Client Operations is responsible for bridging the gap between business operations and technology by designing scalable processes and optimizing systems that support client-facing teams. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration and administration, and a proven ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Operations, or a similar role supporting business technology initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including configuration and administration; Salesforce Administrator certification is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience with workflow automation, business systems, integrations, AI-enabled solutions, or related operational technologies.
- Proven ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze business processes, define functional requirements, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and influencing senior leadership.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly collaborative, with an automation-first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
