Systems Administrator - Tampa (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize system performance
• Administer SaaS portfolio and Okta for IAM
• Create and manage user accounts, provide support and training
• Implement and maintain security measures
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure
• Develop and use automation tools

Qualifications

• Experience in system administration or related IT roles
• Proficiency in managing MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
• Experience with virtualization platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services
• Basic programming and scripting skills
• Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications from major and reputable organizations

Work Environment
