About the role

To be considered for this position you must have an active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

  • Handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2).
  • Configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems.
  • Implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Experience with AWS (would be nice).
  • Intermediate Linux, Windows 10/11, Windows server 2022, Bash/other scripting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline is required.
