About the role

To be considered for this position, you must have an active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Authorities, and manage Windows 10/11 client systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot various Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, AmazonLinux 2023) within AWS.
• Deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premises server infrastructure.
• Develop, implement and maintain automation scripts and configurations using SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and deployment processes.
• Deploy, configure and maintain security related services such as McAfee/Trellix agents and ePO, Tenable Nessus agents and BigFix.
• Must be familiar with tracking and remediating security vulnerabilities across various environments.

Requirements

• AWS cloud resources, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and other core services.
• Experience with SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, Amazon Linux 2023) within AWS.
• Familiarity with deploying, configuring and maintaining security related services such as McAfee/Trellix agents and ePO, Tenable Nessus agents and BigFix.
• Experience tracking and remediating security vulnerabilities across various environments.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in technical discipline is required.

Skills

• Experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Additional five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Compensation: Salary range is $78,000 to $250,000 per year, with exact salary determined based on work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
