About the role
We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native, and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar, and everything in between. You’ll serve as a front-line interface to users with technical issues by conducting systems analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies.

Responsibilities
- Install new software, troubleshoot, grant permissions to applications, and train users
- Provide day-to-day support of server services by performing server administration for physical and virtual server operating systems
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual hardware and network-related interfaces on servers
- Perform OS and vendor software patching on servers
- Monitor physical and virtual server performance using monitoring tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (minimum 2 years) is required; or Master’s degree
- Strong troubleshooting skills within server OS as well as networking and storage technologies
- Good understanding of server-based operating systems
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting large-scale enterprise server solutions
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire (U.S. citizenship required)

Pay
Target salary range: USD $103,913.00/Yr. - USD $109,596.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (e.g., geographic location). Actual pay may vary.
