System Support Coordinator

About the role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Resource Planning system users. Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with technical support teams. You will generate and maintain operational, financial, and management reports. Collaborate with departments to support ERP-related processes. You will participate in ERP implementation and enhancement projects. Liaise with Corporate IT resources as necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting Enterprise Resource Planning or e-Commerce platforms is an advantage
• Specific training on company databases will be provided
