IT Systems - IT Support Coordinator
About the role
Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our family! The person in this role is responsible for analyzing and solving computer problems for our employees, and fulfilling new hardware/software, and peripheral requests. Our ideal candidate will be customer service-focused and have the ability to work independently. Additionally, they will maintain confidential documents and files, handle various tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment. This role will fully manage the end-to-end new hire onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first-point-of-contact for SS&E users and deliver required training for SS&E employees. (Essential Duty)
- Maintain IT documentation, including the IT Huddle page and internal knowledge base resources, to support operational consistency and team efficiency. (Essential Duty)
- Setup, configure, troubleshoot, and analyze enterprise-wide software and computer hardware and applications. (Essential Duty)
- Assist with the development and facilitation of IT required training for SS&E employees. (Essential Duty)
- Manage the onboarding process, which includes account creation, and setting up their computer and apps needed for the job role. (Essential Duty)
- Manage user offboarding. (Essential Duty)
- Collaborate with other IT department team members to maintain standards and functionality. (Essential Duty)
- Keep records of assets, plan for and schedule hardware replacements as necessary. (Essential Duty)
- Assist with vendor and license management for applications within SS&E. (Essential Duty)
- Answer service desk tickets using ticketing system. (Essential Duty)
Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Information Support or related field (4 years of experience in IT Support can be substituted for education).
- Deep technical skills and troubleshooting techniques; detailed understanding of Windows and Apple Operating Systems.
- Proficient in Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory with hybrid environment knowledge preferred.
- Highly flexible and adaptable.
- Professional and positive demeanor, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Proficient interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
- Strong teamwork competence.
