About the role

Rite-Hite Service Coordinators serve as the key conduit between our customers and our sales and service departments. Working with customers in an assigned area, the Service Coordinator assists customers and sales personnel who call in to request service and schedules and dispatches Service Technicians and contractors to complete the work. In addition, this position is responsible for ordering parts, products, and equipment, coordinating shipment and installation, ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs and analyzing profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Prior experience in a field service environment is preferred
• Good attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay

The hiring range for this position in USA-CT-Windsor is $26.85-$36.90 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of the compensation package.
