System Manager - Fulton County, GA

Responsibilities

• Deliver on maintenance agreements by coordinating with local service providers in Fulton County
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company services for the customer
• Manage day-to-day activities to meet contractual commitments and customer satisfaction goals
• Lead relationships with local service partners and customers
• Diagnose system failures remotely and facilitate call management when necessary
• Oversee emergency service efforts and escalation processes
• Prepare and maintain service history statistics and quality report reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in LMR, RF systems, or related fields
• Familiarity with Astro P25 infrastructure management and associated equipment
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Word for reporting
• Ability to lift and operate 25-50 lbs
• Must reside within a 25-minute response time to Fulton County, Georgia

Pay

$110,000 – $120,000 annually
