Mac System Administrator - Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

About the role

Provides backend configuration, maintenance and support for workstation and security applications including but not limited to Jamf, Apple Enterprise Services, Apple ABM, and Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

• Plans detailed requirements for new and changing infrastructure services
• Builds and prepares packages for automated deployment and self-service
• Builds and tests pilot versions for new and changing services
• Creates solution documentation for Global Help Desk support of end users
• Provides senior technical troubleshooting incident and problem resolution for endpoint services platform offerings
• Reviews Service-Now tickets related to Jamf/Mac and updates in a timely manner

Security and Partnerships

• Manages overall security frameworks and practices as they pertain to desktop services and integrated technologies such as Zscaler, Antivirus, etc.
• Maintains appropriate balance with security and usability, including working with teams to adjust appropriate policies
• Partners with client and portfolio owners to assist with technology implementation initiatives across business services

Qualifications & Experiences

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in administering Jamf, Intune, or other MDM solutions for Mac endpoints
• 3+ years' experience in identity and access management
• Advanced scripting knowledge (bash, python, etc.)
• Experience dealing with security incidents
• Ability to prioritize based on criticality
