Regional Manager - GA
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for all phases of operating the properties in your assigned portfolio, including but not limited to the general administration and maintenance; to direct and supervise all personnel and resources to achieve the fiscal goals of the Company while maintaining the property in good physical condition.
Your Day-to-day May Include:
- Implement, monitor & ensure adherence to property operating and renovation budgets for each community within management portfolio.
- Analyze, create and re-project appropriate operating and capital budgets for each property within portfolio.
- Review, monitor and evaluate monthly operating statements for corrections prior to closing books for each community within your portfolio and prepare monthly variance and operating summaries.
- Supervise, authorize, monitor, and administer contract services, repairs and supplies, as well as approve expenses that exceed on-site authority at each community within portfolio.
- Acquire appropriate “over budget approvals” from asset manager when expenses exceed Regional Manager approval limits.
- Work with Regional Service Manager and Vice President to Coordinate, supervise and achieve on-time and on-budget delivery of capital expenditures for each community within portfolio.
- Implement and evaluate proper staffing needs for each community within management portfolio to maximize net income and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
- 5+ years management experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $120,000.00- $140,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
