System Manager - Gwinnett County, GA

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Maintenance Agreements by coordinating maintenance activities with local service providers
• Look for and cultivate the company' additional service opportunities with customers
• Manage day-to-day activities to meet the company contractual commitments
• Maintain and enhance relationships with customers and local service partners
• Ensure internal and customer satisfaction goals are achieved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in fields like LMR, RF Systems, or Telecommunications
• Ability to lift and operate 25 - 50 lbs
• Familiarity with Astro P25 infrastructure management, including RF fundamentals and the Astro Application Suite
• Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel, and Word for reporting and financial updates
• Residing within a 60-minute response time to Gwinnett County, GA
• Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining security clearance

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
