Georgia Branch Manager
About the role
Manage P&L and performance across geographical footprint; proactively views the area monthly/annually with 3/5-year plan
Set growth strategy for the market – identifying key customers and verticals and execute on the strategy – proactively expand the footprint in the territory
Communicate a vision and culture to a team of technicians and service managers, fostering a strong culture of teamwork and evolution
Implement culture of safety – be accountable for safety procedures and conduct safety briefings
Manage customer escalations
Account manager or leader on team of 1 - 2 large accounts in Area
Drive performance management, technician development and corrective actions
Manage and reduce attrition through engaging in the community and local union
Manage and coach Service Managers
Be involved in community activities past typical HVAC Industry programs/events, building the Carrier Brand in the area
Proactively communicate to leadership on state of the business and implemented actions
Manage relationship with internal partners and distribution partners
Collaborate with sales leadership to drive growth
Basic Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
6+ years of experience in the HVAC industry or other skilled trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, construction, and industrial maintenance fields.
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License
Willing to travel up to 20%
Pay & Benefits
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation: Short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
