About the role
JD LOGISTICS US is seeking a highly motivated System Implementation to support the successful deployment and optimization of our logistics and warehouse management systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and user support within a dynamic supply chain environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the configuration and setup of new system modules and functionalities.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify system defects or areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for end-users experiencing system issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system transitions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to system utilization and efficiency.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support operational decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in enterprise systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) and their application in logistics.
- Basic understanding of system implementation methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is beneficial.
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects is advantageous.
