Responsibilities
- Provide system-wide leadership and oversight, ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and support the EVS Team by establishing priorities, coordinating staffing and work schedules, sharing best practices, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the system.
- Develop and oversee system-wide attraction and retention plans for EVS to ensure success of operating model.
- Manage key vendor partnerships and contractual relationships.
Requirements
- Must be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- Must receive an annual flu vaccine (or approved medical/religious exemption) during flu season each year of employment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental Services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Within the 7 years, at least 5 years of experience in linen service, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
