System Analyst

The Role

Serve as a senior-level subject matter expert for electronic health record applications, focusing on analysis, design, configuration, and support.

Evaluate complex clinical and business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

Lead and support large-scale projects, system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.

Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, operational efficiency, and user experience across the application lifecycle.

Collaborate with clinical leaders, business stakeholders, and IT teams to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise.

Develop and document internal procedures for electronic health record applications and analyze system enhancements.

What You'll Need

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with electronic health record software or comparable systems.

Minimum of two (2) years of scripting or programming experience.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Health Care) or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT or operations.

Advanced analytical, technical, and workflow design expertise.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system incidents.
