Analytical Skills
- Analyze business and system requirements
- Document business processes and technical workflows
- Support enterprise applications and information systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions
- Auxiliary systems analysis and administrative duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Assist with software implementation and system upgrades
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare reports, documentation, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams and business departments
- Maintain accurate system documentation and records
- Support process improvement and technology initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, systems support, administration, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
