System Analyst
About the role
The Systems Analyst IV operates in full compliance with applicable hygiene, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and in alignment with the organization’s framework, company’s procedures, and the defined scope of responsibility the role is accountable for.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Maximo, integration platforms, PLM systems) and oversee and troubleshoot system integrations (SAP ↔ Maximo, middleware, APIs, etc.).
- Analyze system behavior, logs, and data flows to diagnose root causes of issues and ensure system availability, performance and stability.
- Manage system configurations, enhancements, and change requests.
- Analyze transactional data, master data, and system interactions.
- Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues and propose and implement optimized long-term resolutions.
- Support system testing (UAT, regression, validation scenarios).
- Ensure alignment with compliance and audit requirements.
- Act as an escalation point for complex production issues.
- Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for resolution.
- Maintain, develop, and review system documentation, SOPs, training materials, and business process procedures, ensuring all systems and documentation align with standardized business processes.
- Participate in change management processes (ServiceNow, change tickets, etc.) and validate system changes prior to deployment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for key systems, providing guidance to junior analysts and support teams while leading troubleshooting efforts and coordinating cross-functional issue resolution.

- Support and lead IT-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations, while collaborating with global teams and vendors and contributing to the prioritization of backlog items and enhancement requests.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related business field.
- 5-10 years of Information Systems Experience.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, IBM Maximo, BizTalk, Axway and API technologies and handling very complex technical issues requiring ingenuity and creativity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present, influence, and engage audiences at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Advanced problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps and address time-sensitive issues with significant organization impact.
- Efficient organizational, planning skills and comprehensive understanding of the supported functional area, with business acumen and proactive process improvements that align with top-performing professionals within the function.
- Ability to work independently to achieve strategic objectives, making informed decisions under tight deadlines, including situations with incomplete information.
- Consistently exercises sound judgment to develop effective, enterprise-level solutions, and accurately estimates time and resources.
- Strong, professional telephone communication skills, including effective call management and clear, courteous interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile (Oracle PLM), AS400 Systems, Autodesk, Elemica, Global Vision, Insight (Hubble), Meridian and SolidWorks.
- ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
- Change management frameworks.
- System Validation in regulated environments.

Schedule
Hybrid schedule with up to 12 remote days per month, with no more than 5 consecutive days away from the assigned on-site location, and the days can be aligned with the Solid Line Manager and as per business needs.
