About the role
The System Vice President Revenue Cycle Support Services at CommonSpirit Health oversees revenue cycle support services across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading regional oversight of these services, providing strategic direction for credentialing, enrollment enablement, and technical support teams, directing vendor performance management, owning regional payer portal enablement, leading onboarding and training strategies, and defining and governing access provisioning for revenue cycle systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional oversight of revenue cycle support services, including system access, payer portals, and Epic optimization.
- Provide strategic direction for credentialing, enrollment enablement, and technical support teams.
- Direct vendor performance management for all support services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contract terms.
- Own regional payer portal enablement, establishing access standards and continuity planning for revenue cycle operations.
- Lead the onboarding and training strategy for revenue cycle users, defining standards and required learning pathways.
- Define and govern access provisioning for revenue cycle systems, ensuring consistent and timely enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in the understanding and management of healthcare revenue cycle
- 12+ years in the healthcare industry with proven experience in a large, complex, multi-facility healthcare environment
Preferred
- Masters degree

Pay
The posted compensation range of $146.90 - $205.66 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
