About the role

Responsibilities

  • Completes and coordinates varied administrative functions such as answering visitors' inquiries about the company and its services, directing visitors to their destinations, sorting, and handing mail, answering incoming calls on multi-line telephones, filing and performing a variety of other office tasks, such as faxing or emailing.
  • Primary Duties
    • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
    • These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Maintain and replenish office supplies and forms.
    • Arranges for conference rooms or other logistical arrangements as needed.
    • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
  • One (1) year experience in administrative position required.

Physical Demands

  • Sit, talk, and hear.
  • Occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
  • Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
  • Nice work environment with occasional noise.
