Responsibilities
- Completes and coordinates varied administrative functions such as answering visitors' inquiries, directing visitors, sorting and handing mail, answering incoming calls, filing, faxing, and emailing.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of their business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Maintains and routes publications, tracks and adds postage, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
- Maintains and replenishes office supplies and forms.
- Arranges for conference rooms or other logistical arrangements as needed.
- Performs other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- One (1) year experience in administrative position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of telephone etiquette.
Physical Demands
- Sit for a long period of time.
- Some walking to receive faxes and mail.
