Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Sell products to customers by phone and/or email
• Listen and communicate effectively
• Retrieve customer or company information using a database
• Learn and follow detailed instructions
• Possess good organizational skills to provide accurate information
• Document customer needs in databases
• Show patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Work with speed and accuracy on calls
• Be available to customers for a certain period of time during the day
• Use complex computer applications and resource materials
• Use multiple operating environments
• Have proven skills in Excel and MS Word

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service
• 5 years of experience in Sales
• 1 year of experience with SAP
