CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Representative, you'll advance quickly into an Assistant Manager position at RNR Custom Wheels & Tire Express, a company experiencing tremendous growth.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers, answer queries, sell goods, handle payments, and ensure products are attractively displayed.
• Create and meet sales goals and forecast future sales projections.
• Continuously look for ways to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer service.
• Monitor competitors and train store associates.
• Ensure the store meets sales targets and goals.
• Run promotions and manage stock levels.
• Review all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval.
• Analyze sales figures and create sales strategies.
• Contact all prospects daily from prior interests with RNR.
• Forecast future sales.
• Handle customer service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor sales and promotions.

Requirements

• Prior experience as customer service rep, account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, or account representative (experience in rent-to-own, e.g., Aaron’s, Rent-A-Center, Buddy’s, Rim Tyme, Rent-A-Wheel, is helpful).
• Bilingual is highly desirable.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving history.
