About the role

Comfort Experts is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Located in Weatherford, TX, we are part of a large HVAC company serving the DFW metroplex.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound troubleshooting and repair calls
• Scheduling our service and sales representatives
• Dispatching calls to our technicians and sales reps
• Making outbound follow up calls to our existing customer base

Requirements

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Data entry capability
• Able to learn our business quickly

Benefits

• Starting pay $13 through training and then move to a base plus where our top CSR's are making $18-$19 per hour.

Schedule

• (1) Monday-Friday 12-9 with weekends off through the summer. 11-8 during the winter. Weekends off
• (1) Sunday- 8a-5 p and Monday-Wednesday 9a-8p Thursday-Saturday off
• (1) Wed- Fri 8a-5p Saturday 8a-5p Sunday-Tuesday off
• (1) Saturday 8a-5p Monday-Wednesday 9a-8p off Thursday, Friday, Sunday
