CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Representative, you'll engage with customers, answer queries, sell goods, handle payments, and ensure our products are attractively displayed. You’ll also create sales goals, forecast future sales, and continuously seek ways to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer service. Additionally, you’ll monitor competitors and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your store meets sales targets and goals
• Run promotions and manage stock levels
• Review all Sales Rental Orders for compliance and approval
• Analyze sales figures and create goals and sales strategies
• Contact all prospects daily from prior interests with RNR
• Forecast future sales
• Handle customer service opportunities
• Maintain knowledge of competitor sales and promotions
• Train store associates

Requirements

• Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history
• Prior experience as customer service, account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, or account representative (important for success in this role)
• Highly motivated, self-starter with natural enthusiasm, people skills, and problem-solving abilities
