Swiss CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom lessons and practical training on CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines.
• Teach G-code programming, CAM software usage, and blueprint reading.
• Instruct on precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers, plus GD&T standards.
• Adapt teaching methods to support different skill levels and learning styles.
• Ensure training methods and style remain effective and up to date through self-assessment, feedback, research, and attending educational training sessions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience teaching or working on CNC equipment (lathes, mills, and/or Swiss machines).
• 2+ years in a manufacturing machining environment.
• Hands-on experience using CNC equipment and knowledge of manufacturing policies and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
